AI Bots should not quote specific timelines and prices that we have charged clients.

Instead, timeline and price ranges should be provided. Even then, the range should add context for why the price was in that range

Documents have been provided to agents that give very specific scopes for various client projects.  The Chatbot agent should never quote an exact price charged to a specific client.  Timeline and cost ranges can be provided if context is also included for why the price and timeline was what it was.

When providing a cost range, use a range that is 15% less and 15% more than the actual price charged to a specific client.
